Many thanks all for your information, it's taken a little time to appreciate it all!

Ann Davis was, I read here:

https://coadb.com/surnames/pearson-arms.html

the dau of David Montgomery Davis of Richmond, Virginia & ? Assuming Ann m 3 times, she seems to have retained her maiden name as a middle name in each case. She was not of course the dau of Mr David Elebash nor Lady Pearson. I am not convinced that Ann is the same Anna O on the 1900 C, particularly if she was b 31.8.1900.

Is there a m record for her parents or her mother (Davis) and Charles Weakland (did her mother m twice?). Is there a b record for Ann Davis or bap with both parents mentioned. Or perhaps a Census listing the whole family - 1910? Is there a record of a David Montgomery Davis? and is there a m record with Chester Warren Spaulding? also is there an obit for Ann Davis Pearson which might give a brief biography incl a dod?

Thanks
