Can anyone see any more detail on the marriage of William Johnsen who married Sarah Stop in Kempsford in 1815?
Or Thomas Johnsee who married Ann Smith in Withington 1801?
I wonder if they were related.

Ancestry has a copy of the marriage:  Sarah signs here name as : Sarah STOPP - William JOHNSEA signed with an X

witnesses: William GILLETT and William DAFTER?  - there are DAFTER'S in Kempsford

There is a Robert STOP(P) - marrying at Kempsford, 26 August 1805 to Sarah MILLER

Can't find any more children of Robert & Sarah -

? possibly Sarah STOPP was a widow - but it doesn't say so.

They had a son William christened at Kempsford 27 October 1805 and William was buried 5 May 1806.

William GILLETT - signs a number of marriages at Kempsford.

William DAFTER (the witness) was buried at Kempsford, 9 November 1840 aged 69 - c 1771 - and his Widow then remarries a John GOSLIN.

The Widow  Elizabeth DAFTER aged 50 - lists her father as William MULCOCK, a labourer.

So William Johnsea’s father is not given?
And did you mean Sarah & Robert Stop had a son named William?
