That's not very efficient of them. You requested your account be deleted only slightly later than I did, and they still haven't done so.

It's commendable that there is a company focusing on UK DNA and providing some competition for the big boys, but I don't have a very good feeling about LivingDNA. I hope they can make it work.

I've just had this reply from them. She was very friendly ~

Your test will still show in your account for the moment. We need to clear our systems in a certain flow to ensure that all data is deleted and can not be restored. This does take time sadly. We are aware that you have requested a full system deletion of all of the data that we hold for you and this is currently being actioned.

I will update you once it is all completed.

I think that they must have changed the system since you had yours deleted.

I think you must right about the change of system Gadget. (The old one seemed to work well )
I found them very nice and helpful and very prompt with my request.
