Thank you. Unfortunately it's not particularly obvious that the various Lambert wills in Wimborne at that time are related to the Hampreston people, but I will be going back to have another look some time.

I didn't look very closely but I did see a series of Richard Lambert's of Wimborne leaving wills, including one who had a daughter Jane and a son Richard - the last name being a candidate for your Jane's father.

Added: I live in Wimborne so would offer to look at gravestones, but the cemetery doesn't start until the 1850s and those round the Minster have been cleared.
