Ower repporter bringeth to youre notys the folowinge tragicall storie from the parrish regyster of Bovey Tracie in the countie of Devon:

I have:
18 daye of marche the bones of Thomas Libytt the s[er]vannte
of John Benet of Wolleigh(?) wch was slaine at yearner and
put in a brake of furses of John Leer at Olecombe(?) and
Joan Underhayes hoggs did eate all the flesh from the
bones soe the boanes were buried the said 18 day of mche

Place names:
Wolleigh(?)  Possibly Woodleigh (20 miles SW of Bovey Tracey)
Yearner = Yarner (less than 3 miles from Bovey Tracey)
Olecombe(?)  Possibly Holcombe near Exeter (17 miles NE of Bovey Tracey)

wolleigh is definitely right.

Olecombe is probably right.

There's an odd extra flourish on the final e, but I don't think it's a letter.
