Marriage
12th December 1833 St Wilfrid, Melling in Lonsdale
Philip Baynes , Shoemaker, Widower, the parish of Lancaster
Ellen Gorrill, Spinster, this parish
Witnesses:  William Hargreaves; Edward Gorrill; John Davis

Possible marriage two years later for Philip after death of Ellen in March 1835

Perhaps uncle Edward too Agnes in and she was baptised again as their child?

I couldn't figure out how Ellen was a niece as she and her uncle were born the same year.

Well that can happen but I was thinking she was the niece of Edward?

What are the relationships in the census?
