??
Tks Hallmark this is the correct family. The Aunt Margaret could be Brown or Healy (Julias father or mothers sister. Will have a look for the Healys they seem to originate in Ballyvourney Cork shown in Abigails marriage to Patrick Brown.

Patrick would be born late 1860's most probably.... did he have a sister Margaret?

You know the father's name from Marriage Cert.

My suggestion looking for a Margaret Brown(e) was based on the fact that no surname was written- it's possible that Julia said she was going to her aunt Margaret Browne and it was written as appears on the manifest. However, she may have used the term 'aunt' rather loosely. Perhaps Margaret was an aunt by marriage (mother's married sister for example) or a cousin of one of her parents, etc.
It's possible that a close relative already in the U.S. would make it easier to gain entry. A relative of mine listed his father's cousin as uncle when he arrived in U.S. and I've seen other similar cases.

Have you searched for Julia in all possible U.S. records for clues about relatives in U.S.?
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

There is also a record of detained aliens that has Julia on it.  It says she was going to her aunt, but under disposition, it says Uncle Jeremiah Ford (surname is a bit hard to read, but Ford is my best guess) 215-2nd St., Harrison, N.J.

Fords in 1900 - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M9N1-JLZ

In 1920 - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M4RX-R4L

In 1930 after Margaret's apparent death - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X46F-MYM

This birth has parents as Jeremiah Ford & Maggie Healey, so that might fit with Margaret being an aunt on Julia's mother's side - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FCRH-TJB

I didn't find any marriage records in Macroom for the other 9 children. I looked from 1911 to 1930. The sons may have married elsewhere, even if the family was still in the Macroom district, since the marriage would have been at the bride's church.

And I didn't find any New York arrivals after 1924 for any of the other 9 children, besides Julia

I haven't really looked hard yet for arrivals before 1922.
