Thanks for responding and for the offer of help.

Is your George the one born 1799, the son of William Palfreyman & Margaret Pybus?   He is the brother of 'my' William.

I only joined Roots Chat yesterday after picking this thread up through Google but am having a lot of trouble figuring out how it works!
I received a reply by 'personal message' from Rainbow 1 but cannot figure out how to reply to that.  The only buttons are 'Delete' or 'Reload'.  The 'Help' button did not help!
If you see this, Rainbow 1, my apologies.

Meanwhile, Debra, would love to confirm where your George fits in.

PS I am in NZ so not so far away from you I gather?
