Does anyone else use Durham Records Online?
I just bought an annual subscription last week and now for the last three days the site has been unobtainable.

I use it as and when I need to. I did notice that it was down a couple of days ago. They have been having quite a few problems recently with drives and servers.

It's a good site although I tend to "Pay as I Go" rather than subscribe.

I agree it is a good site and as I am finding more and more Durham folk to research thought I would buy a subscription for a year rather than credits. I could not find an email address so will be interested to hear if you get a reply.

I have used them for years and had contacted them by email several times, so luckily the address was in my contacts list.

I was using it a few days ago, it was fine then but I tried it just now and the server wasn’t found.

Hopefully a just a glitch, I have an annual sub and found them very useful.

I did receive an email a few weeks ago stating there were having problems, I hope they resolve them soon.

I too had problems connecting. When this happens with a site I use

putting a domain name in there will see if the fault is at your end or the site itself. Looks like the site is totally down, again, its happened a few times recently.

I've not been on recently so can't comment, but for the last few weeks have been getting very strange emails from them which have gone straight into my junk file and have been blocked by me without reading. Not sure if the messages are really from Durham Records, and it seems to have started about the time they started having problems. I really like this site and use it a lot but buy credits rather than a subscription. Not very helpful I know but it worries me
