logged out of rootschat
« on: Thursday 20 December 18 10:20 GMT (UK) »
Hi,
I stay 'logged in' to rootschat, but yesterday found I needed to re-sign in, found my password which wouldn't work, so reset it this morning via the email for forgotten password.

So is there a reason why I was suddenly logged out?
I usually visit the site daily but don't post every day.

thanks
Lisa

Same here Lisa, I don't log out but the site seems to log me out at random intervals.

Luckily I only have to enter 'C' as the first letter of my username, and the whole log-in including password autocompletes.  It's only a minor nuisance, fortunately for me :)

thanks Carol, as long as it's a normal occurrence that's ok, I don't recall it happening before, so I was wondering if I'd done something wrong.  :)

Today the site had logged me out again - second time in about a week - but my username and password were already pre-filled ???

It's strange, this doesn't happen for weeks/months and I forget about it, then it starts again!  Ah well, no harm done.  Worse things happen at sea :D
