Did Catherine Boyle sign the register at the wedding in 1859 or make a mark?

Catherine Boyle made her mark.
You asked earlier what my prime interest is. I would like to link back into Ireland and hopefully more generations.
Looking back to why I started the search on Rootschat Derry page.  I was influenced at the time by the 1881 records for Dennis Boyle c 1836 family. The family appears to have scattered with best fits for members at various addresses. The probable record for Dennis c 1835 although giving a different age of 40 said he came from Co. Derry.

PS Cold easier but still not into the "Christmas Tucker"

Back again.  Thanks for info re Dennis and Co Derry.  So the 1881 census from ?? mentioned Co Derry. That is a step forward that I am not sure we had before.  Did the same census mention where Dennis'  wife came from in Ireland.

Do you know when his mother died?

Some sources to have a look through
http://www.billmacafee.com/

Look for:
tithe aplotment records
spinning wheel records
I cannot find this really helpful one by Boyd Gray who has ancestors in Londonderrry and explains his technique of triangulation.
This is the Boyd Gray

Check Griffiths Valuation for Boyle & McGonigle records, may be family left behind

Has your searching so far thrown up any clues as to when Bernard Boyle died? Did he go to Scotland with them?  If so where in Scotland is he buried?
