Having looked at the marriage certificate and studied it there is a close possibility of the Fathers name as it is handwritten could be Henry not Harry ? further thought and proof needed before more progress.

Harry is often used as a nickname for Henry

1881 - very strange that Sarah Ann Griffiths only appears on the transcription of the household, BUT not on the image.   

Using GRO there are 3 instances of Sarah Ann Griffiths - 1876/1877 in Wolverhampton District - mother's maiden names are Jones, Rich and Roberts.
