I am a complete fool, I was 100% positive I had cancelled my subs before 28th when they ran out, I have just checked to find they have taken £179.99 from my account

I could scream, luckily I can afford it but I am very annoyed with myself

That's really annoying, wait a few more weeks and then cancel so the same thing doesn't happen next year! They don't make it easy, you have to make sure you follow it right through and get an email confirming.

its happened to me before louisa and with only a day or two in it by phone they offered me something
