Thanks.  I have all the information about her in Ireland.  I need to trace as to where she came from in France and am really trying to find out who her mother was etc.

Many thanks for your continued interest.  However.....

if you look at the topic "Swiss man French lady", you will see that I tried this post on the "Europe" board and came up trumps! Apologies for not giving this information on this board, but myself and Kimcrum now have fantastic information about Estella, who as you will see was indeed born in France, in Rouen.  And her family history is now being added to our researches.
