There are a couple of  article in the Burnley News - Saturday 3 May 1919 - small snippets ............

Glasgow police by his relatives informing them that Mr. Stephen Hey had died in the street in the city that day. Mr. Hey who was 73 years of age, was senior member, the Arm of Messrs. John Hey and Sons, waste dealer, Derby-street, Colne.

TO GLASGOW. On Thursday night  telegram was received from the Glasgow police his relative Col informing them that Mr. Stephen Hey had died in the tna city on that day. The deceased gentleman, who wee 73 year at age, senior member of the firm Venn.................

Possible that Hannah dies 1909 - September quarter - Burnley RD - aged 89.  No sign of a will.
