I suspect William could be illegitimate, you would probably need to see the actual register entry.

There's one in 1829 Somerton age 28 but that's too early if he was still having children in 1833  :-\

I looked up this entry on Ancestry. Found the original burial record. Buried on 2nd Jan 1829 in Somerton. 'Abode' is listed as Ludgershall. This is solved! Thank you!

Baptism - 27 Nov 1825. Thomas son of Joseph & Harriet BAYLESS of Ludgershall, Yeoman
Baptism -  9 Mar 1828. Joseph son of Joseph & Harriet BAYLESS of Ludgershall, Yeoman

Baptism - 16 Sep 1832. William Wallington,illegitimate son of Harriet BAYLESS of Ludgershall, pauper.

Not sure if this marriage is the wife of Joseph, or mother of his children.

Harriet X BAYLESS, aged fa, Widow of Ludgershall daughter of John Joice

Burial - 26 Jan 1887.  John GOODGAME aged 69 of Ludgarshall.

Marriage - 1 Nov 1855. by Banns

Ann X JACKMAN, aged fa, Spinster of Grendon daughter of Thomas Jackman
Witnesses - Joseph Mole & Phebe X Twitchen. 

Possible father of William Baylis.??
