What do FS and Swiss Sub mean in the 1901 census?

What do FS and Swiss Sub mean in the 1901 census ?

1901 Census gives someone  born in Switzeland FS ( does it mean Foreign Subject ?) and his son  born France, Paris ( which is true) , Swiss Sub ( Swiss Subject ?)
