Selected Poor Law Removal and Settlement Records

Have come across a 12 March 1852 record (page 498) for Elizabeth Sheppard which mentions her children and cohabitating with William Cresswell but not married
At the bottom of the page there is a note 'see father John Shepherd out poor book N./.1564 Shoreditch
Can't find the reference to John in the records, any clues where I could find it, thanks ............. Alison
