Full name seems to have been Enoch John Parton, born 3 April 1924 (died 2014 Walsall).

Enoch was born 3 April 1924 and died on 20 September 2014 in Walsall.

He was living in Aldridge in 1939 and had two sisters.

There's a possible marriage in Wednesbury in 1948.
