I am not aware of any children at this moment and as I have just her name I am not sure if there is a connection or not with Harris.

Marcus [Alfred Marcus Leslie] and William Harris births can be found with mmn Beckingham

1898 - marriage of Jemima Florence Beckingham and Alfred Harris in Luton

Jemima and John can be found as siblings on 1881 census
