William Henry Taylor married Joan I Goble circa Dec 1953 in Liverpool. William Henry died in 1992 the death being registered in West Lancashire with the registration giving his birth as 30 Dec 1928.   Does anyone have any information on the parents and ancestors of William Henry Taylor.

As you have his date of birth have you tried looking for him on the 1939 register.

Freebmd has 6 possible birth registrations in March qtr 1929, with a birthdate of 30 December 1928 it would be unlikely he was registered December qtr 1928 though freebmd has 2 possibilities but not in Lancashire.

His marriage certificate is a good place to start as that would give you his fathers name and occupation
