Robert Cowell married Jane - but who was Jane?

I was wondering if anyone could help me to find out more about the parents of my 3 x great grandfather, Robert Cowell.
Robert and his two siblings were all baptised at St Mary the Virgin, Morpeth.  The parents of all 3 are named as Robert and Jane (from Freereg)
George COUL (bap 26 September 1814)
Robert COWELL (bap 10 November 1816) - my 3 x great grandfather
Alice COWELL  (bap 26 September 1819)

I have checked for a marriage between Robert Cowell and Jane
The only one I can find is at Mitford, St Mary Magdalene (Freereg) – Robert COWL and Jane WATSON on 14 June 1814
I looked for a baptism of Jane WATSON and found her baptised at St Mary Magdalene, Mitford on 31 March 1793; father Joseph Watson, mother Isabell.

I thought everything was fitting into place and added these events to my tree ....Unfortunately, I then discovered that Jane, daughter of Joseph Watson and Isabell had been buried at Mitford on 20 February 1797.
Now I’m wondering who was the Jane that was the mother of my 3 x great grandfather, Robert?
Can anyone help?

Just a thought but parents could have had two daughters called Jane (the first one having passed away)

Does it give an age for the Jane buried in 1797?

I found this  christening. just a bit earlier for a Jane Watson on the LDS site

Unfortunately it doesn't give an age for Jane Watson who died in 1797
I will try and investigate if there was another child called Jane
