He was born in Stourbridge.

I can only see one George J on freebmd

Using the GRO index  https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/menu.asp
It shows his mothers maiden surname as Spencer.  It is possible to search that index for other birth registrations of possible siblings

Apologies I had the middle initial wrong all along.

It's George Thomas Heathcock born 1909 in Stourbridge.

After a bit of searching his parents are Thomas W Heathcock & Alice Willetts.  Other children Albert Sidney, & Harry.
