I am trying to find a william j bolt born June 1930 it states his mother's maiden name as spragg  but cannot find a marriage between a bolt and spragg  lived in barry vale of Glamorgan i have his birth marriage and death but am having trouble finding parents any help would be gratefully received as I'm going to Barry in March but would love this info

It could be a second marriage for his mother, in which case she wouldn't have married Bolt using the name of Spragg. What are his parents' names on William's birth certificate?

I cannot find him in the 39 reg  i think she had 4 kids to Mr bolt

Cant find them in 1939 either.
First child seems to be William J 1923, died same qtr, then Teresa 1926, Mother Spraggs, she died same year also.

There is a 1915 Cardiff Marriage for a Henry BULL to a SPRAGG (spouses christian name missing)

Then a 1923 Marriage for a Mary A BULL to a William J BOLT
