This looks like Priscilla in 1900.
The surname of her father is written as Ronaldz and her sisters have been dittoed as Ryan.

Is this Willie's death record?

Utah Death Certificates

March 25, 1908
Willie Ryan, died age 1 day, at Coalville, Summit County, Utah
father: Mike Ryan, born in England
mother: Priscilla Reynolds, born in England
informant: the father
buried: Coalville, March 27
cause of death: premature birth

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XZ28-PF8

If so, this is his birth record:

---------
Utah, Birth Certificates, 1903-1914
25 March 1908

Willie Ryan
Coalville, Summit County, Utah
father: Mike Ryan, 42, born in England, a coal miner
mother: Priscilla Reynolds, 26, born in England
both reside in Coalville
fourth child of the mother; she now has two living children

Although Ireland was ruled by England in 1866, the records would have said Ireland for the place of birth, I would think.
So better to work backward from what you have in Utah, etc., than work downward from the man in Tuam.
If the ship left from Liverpool and Queenstown,  maybe he got on in Liverpool, not Queenstown.

If that is correct it is very easily found so are we wasting our time looking for him in Ireland??

Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.

I can’t find his arrival record in 1892 but does it not have a column for the home country - however it is worded.

----------
1910: "Priscile Rein"
Rock Springs, Wyoming

Anna Cefils, head, 18, born in WY
Priscile Rein, sister, 29, married 1x for 10 years, 2 children 2 alive, born in England
Ross, daughter, 9, born in WY
Dhora, daughter, 8, born in WY

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MPJK-4Y7

So Mike Ryan left her between about 1901 and 1910.

---------
In 1930 her husband William, age 48, said he first married at age 30, so she remarried in 1912.

---------
Edited:
the son that died at birth was born/died in 1908. So Mike was nearby in 1907/1908 as well.

Here's the arrival of a Michael Ryan in 1892 on the City of Paris

Michael Maloney, 46, and Ml Ryan, 26
arriving 26 May 1892, aboard the City of Paris
both natives of Ireland whose last residence was Ireland. both headed to Wyoming
Michael Maloney is a US citizen

They might have been traveling together, but then again, there are a lot of men headed to Wyoming on that sheet.

Thanks for the record.
Do you think that Michael Maloney is already a US citizen - is the ‘Yes’ by his name?

IAFarmgirl,
The first post says Michael Christopher Ryan - where is the information re his middle name?
Is there a marriage record for Mike and Priscilla?

Yes, there is a "Yes" next to his name. Knowing where he was naturalized might help, if only to eliminate the Mike Ryan traveling with him as being the right one.

I didn't find a lot of Mike Ryans, born anytime, anywhere, in Wyoming, Utah, or Idaho, from 1900 to 1940. I thought I would have too many to sort out.
Only one man who had been married in 1883, and this man, a railroad worker:

1910 Carbon, Wyoming
Michael Ryan, 43, born in Ireland, single, arrived 1893, a railroad worker
