1939 register.
« on: Wednesday 06 March 19 19:06 GMT (UK) »
Hi.  I believe the 1939 register gave details of all persons (inc' children).  If this is so is it at all possible to find  Arthur Charles Penfold (born Arthur Charles Hammond 1832 Battersea London) He was adopted and lived in the Battersea/Wandsworth area. Any details as to the whereabouts and with whom he was living would be much appreciated.  Many thanks.  Dud.

You would have to do that yourself.

Do you really mean 1832 ?

Details can be shown if you send a scan of the death certificate and you know where they were living. I'm not sure if you need an actual address or just a town.

Hi NJ.
Thanks for you info.  I am now approaching this from a different angle.
On the 1939 census is a Annie L Hammond b.1916 in Battersea, London.  I understand also at the address was a William Penfold + three other persons  Is it possible to help with this new information?
Thanks Dud.
