Before going down there I checked it out online.  The pub changed its name, had the central door blocked up and covered with Ivy and it had a new entrance porch built on the side but the windows have not been changed and there were three.  It has been a private house for a few years now.  The family will love it when they see it!

There also appears to be a window on the ground floor just to the right of that thing that looks like a noticeboard - see this picture which was taken just before it finally closed

I think your original picture could be the view on the other  side of this property where the extension is. This could have been built over the original entrance, which is why we can't see the door in the Google photo. I can't find a photo of the house as it is now to verify this. On the Google image you can see the wall with the three windows when it was still a pub.

No it's not that view - that was jus a collection of old outbuildings including the outside WC.  Before the rest of the village was demolished (when I was a young man), that view was walled in to keep the locals away from the crates and barrels stored in the yard.  All of that was demolished in the late 1960s to create a beer garden.  Prior to that, the side and rear view could not be seen from any point.  Even the entrance to the beer garden was through what had been the living quarters.  The roadside view in the colour photo is the view in the old one,  The door in the original was blocked and part covered with ivy or some other climber and the entrance was changed to be inside that small structure that looks a bit like a bus shelter on the right.  I think that it was just covered in snow in the first picture.  Also, before the building was sandblasted in the 1960s the whole building was black from the smoke of the nearby coke ovens
