Apologies for anyone who has seen other requests from me with similar names but this family keep switching from County to County and I keep getting stuck with this family at each stage

You are better posting once on a general board rather than keep swapping counties and raising new posts.  Most of us trying to help you will look outside the county of interest anyway.  ;D  Alternatively the mods will always move a post if you ask them to.

To be fair my other post was about a different Breakwell to this one but I do get your meaning 😉

This part of my tree has been a complete pain, with spelling errors and what not.

Yes it is, sorry. I think I'd asked about that Benjamin (senior) born in Worcs before I confirmed Benjamin (junior) born in Staffs.

I had wanted the birth info on both but bid ask in the wrong order.

Benjamin senior was born in Shropshire Baveney Wood is near Cleobury Mortimer according to the 1851 census I thought I had found his baptism in 1799 but that Benjamin died not long after
