22 Oct 1864 Monksland, Kilmacthomas, Ireland. And it says father of John Noble is a John Noble.

 

Registers for this parish were in PROI in 1922 during fire and were thus not saved

oh thats typical burnt in a fire.

There are two entries on Ancestry.com that appear to be scanned photos of their marriage. I am not a member of this though so unfortunately i cant view them.
Not sure where they have got it from !!!
