Possible marriage for parents

Marriages December qtr 1893
Morgan    Jane        Cardigan    11b   27
Morris    Benjamin         Cardigan    11b   27

No obvious death for Benjamin unless he was a mariner and possibly died at sea??

The 1929 marriage cert will confirm whether Margaret's  father was Benjamin Morris

:) :)re Bristol Birth . My friend Sue is very excited & extremely grateful for all the people that contributed towards the findings in this post, it is very likely that you have found her biological grandmother ongoing to that we have contacted a gentleman who has Margaret Jane Morris in his tree and is partnered to family member and informs us she has two children from the marriage to Albert A Gaccon and recommends Sue has a DNA test to confirm a biological connection and certainty which sounds logical to me. What are your thoughts on this?. Once again thank you for all your help in this post and keep up the great work helping to build & unite this great world family tree we have on this planet. Cheers Giblaw

I can confirm the births of the 2 children mentioned - details are on www.freebmd.org.uk - search for Gaccon births with mothers maiden name Morris

DNA does seem to be the best way to confirm the right family line but I would also recommend buying a copy of that 1929 marriage cert to check whether her fathers name was Benjamin just to be on the safe side
