It looks like it is not your Ann who died 1848.

Well spotted! I usually use FreeBMD rather than GRO as the search option for years either side is wider but that record doesn't show the age. Checked the 1842 death of Ann Maria Millward just in case but that's also a child.
No great rush to sort these out anyway, as per the OP I'm still working on here daughter's generation at the minute!
