 Would anyone be able to look up a 1921 Baptism entry in St. Bede's RC Church, South Shields, parish register? If so, I can provide exact date of birth and name (my deceased aunt)

Family Search have digitised images which may include the baptism you are looking for

last item says baptisms 1920-1921 so 'may' include the one you are looking for, there is a lock on the records but usually that means they can be seen at an FHC.

I am (hopefully) going to our local FHC on Tues, if you let me know the name and date I'll have a look, unless anyone else can do it locally in the meantime.

Many thanks for the reply, Boo.  Thanks for letting me know the records are available in FHC centres. Unfortunately there is not an FHC anywhere near me.

If you are able to do a look-up for me sometime I would greatly appreciate it.  The details are St. Bede's RC Church South Shields.  Baptism of Eliza (or Elizabeth) Moyser born 24 February 1921.

But please don't worry if you are unable to do it.  I will make a trip to Blandford House in Newcastle sometime later this year and can do it then.

Have put her on my list, will let you know if I find her. (they are sometimes a bit optimistic with the date ranges, butt as she was born in Feb we may get lucky!)

I'm so sorry to disappoint but I looked at the available images at the FHC and though it 'says' 1920-1921, the latest entry on the images is 19th January 1921.
So close!

I've had that happen before and though the dates are 'technically' correct its very disappointing when they run out just 'before' the time frame you want.
