I have been having that problem with predictive text and Google maps - but happily Shaun and cristeen have come up trumps  :D

The father on the birth cert was in the Blues. I think he dazzled my young 3 times great grandmother with his fancy uniform (and illogically I feel sure he also had a villainous moustache to twirl) but later abandoned her and my 2 x great grandfather without ever marrying her.
