I second that, JenB; plenty of rest. My sister got shingles just after Christmas so I know how painful & longlasting it is. I was fortunate enough to qualify for the vaccination as soon as I reached 70 a few years ago - it doesn't totally prevent you getting it but the symptoms should be milder.

Thanks all  I'm getting there slowly. Yesterday I hung some washing out. Today I've been to Tesco.
