Thanks everyone,
I have downloaded the MC & her parents were Andrew Elliott & Mary Moran, so the search begins again!

Theresa Agnes Elliott, I believe was the Daughter of Andrew Elliott and Bridget Moran (Morian).  Bridget died on Glenmanna at sea near the Cape of Good Hope in 1855 - I am trying to trace what happened when she and her sisters arrived in Australia and what happened to her father.

Thank you for this - there are so many Elliotts / Elliots - the spelling changed considerably.  I have a marriage in 29 July 1835 in RC Registers.  My ancestor was Catherine McElwain (nee Elliot) and the daughter Ann Hoggan (nee Elliott) made her Executor and beneficiary of her Will.  Trying to find the family connection between Andrew and Catherine.
