I am thinking this is a snip of a death certificate?

Looking at the words Jim Champion, I do see a lot of similarity in the formation of the letters m and n in the particular words you are trying to decipher. The last of that group of 3 words may be woman.

So ?? wh. woman

I see the symbol in high left corner for gender male.

I see est. 75 yrs

Sharks Bay WA

Sue

ADDING
May be a stretch of interpretation powers here,  :P BUT
Possibly just above the n in Champion I see the letters fb which may be full blood ::)

I am fairly sure that the 'not equal to' symbol on that uploaded document is to indicate that there was a common law marriage between the un-named woman and Jim Champion, in other words, not a formal marriage.

What is the significance of the N2136 number?

JM
