Hi
Only Webb/Daffy marriage I can see
Aaron Daffy and Winifred Webb 14 Sep 1759 at Colwall.
It's a transcription so the original may have more.

Winifred DAFFEY, Wife of Aaron was buried 3 Dec 1778, St James the Great, Colwall

They Bapt;
BETTY 28 Dec 1761 Colwall
Cant find any other children to them in Herefordshire.
(FreeREG)

Cant find an Elizabeth to William/Winifred only these in Colwall;
ESTHER    16 Mar 1744
THOMAS 14 Sep 1747
JOSEPH 22 Jul 1750, possibly buried 27 Aug 1755 Son of William
WINIFRED 02 Dec 1755
MARY 18 May 1757
(FreeREG)

WILLIAM Webb buried 24 Apr 1759 no other details given.
(FreeREG)

You have William/Winifred living to 80/98?

If the William buried 1759 was the one married to Winifred Firfield then she may have remarried to Aaron Daffy. That would explain only 1 child to them.

Winifred FIFIELD/William WEBB married 2 Jun 1743, St.Nicholas, Worchester, Worchestershire

As ciderdrinker said that 1759 Marriage needs to be looked up.

If Elizabeth died aged 14, it's a bit unlikely that she married at all  ???

There's a big difference between 1745 and 1759.
Where did you get her birth date from?
Could you explain exactly what her father's will says?

I leave to my daughter Elizabeth Daffy the sum of five pounds, to my daughter Mary Mason the sum of five pounds.

Some site say she was born in 1745 another say 1759
