You have William/Winifred living to 80/98?

If the William buried 1759 was the one married to Winifred Firfield then she may have remarried to Aaron Daffy. That would explain only 1 child to them.

As ciderdrinker said that 1759 Marriage needs to be looked up.

There's a big difference between 1745 and 1759.
Where did you get her birth date from?
Could you explain exactly what her father's will says?
