One worry, looking at the Phillimore map, there are a few parishes round there where the surviving registers seem to go back only to after 1701. In case your marriage could be lost (hope not!)
Bradwell 1704
Stebbing 1712
Great Saling 1715

There may be a possible problem with the Trigge theory

Then what looks like a double baptism there to Joseph + Mary
Thomas + John, 8 Nov 1715

Don't know if they were twins or not, but if your Thomas had already been baptized in Rayne in 1705...
