George Logan, farmer
and Mary's father was Isaac Rutter, baker

John Logan's 1891 census entry states birthplace as County Down.

William's 1881 entry narrows it further to Downpatrick.

A George Logan son of a George Logan, married a Mary Scott in the Downpatrick area in 1860.....given names and timescale, it might be worth keeping a note of this in case it ties in somewhere.

Also, mention of a George Logan and partner Rose Brown for baptism of a Jane Brown or Logan in Downpatrick in 1825, albeit perhaps a little early in timescale.

Two George Logan deaths in Downpatrick area:

1867 aged 68
1878 aged 84
