Llanbeblig parish records on Find my past "The Reason"

Well, after months of emailing the Rector of llanbeblig parish, I have finally recieved an answer as to why the parish records were taken Down from find my past.
It was not the answer I was after, and neither an Answer I understand.

Can anyone explain this Reason for me please?

I have put it into a translating website as I can't speak Welsh 

The reason why we don't want information or be digital is the Mormons - they take all the details and then baptize us through our names in America

But what we have done is give us a comparison of our books and it is possible in the Record Office. They are all at Victria Doc. "

What does it mean though??

It appears to mean they don't want their records appearing online or to be copied onto familysearch. This would enable the Mormon church to be' baptising' their church members when they have already been baptised into the church in Llanbelig.

They don't need a valid reason, they are their records and they can withold them if they want to.

I believe lots of parishes have been ‘removed’ for similar reasons. Can’t find what i read though sorry.
