I think that you need to view the 1911 original for Florrie - I don't think it says she is age 10  ::) I also do not think it was filled in completely by William so some information could be inaccurate

I suspect the other child could be the Laura who died at a few months old in 1896. There are no birth records registered at Newport for surname Morgan + mmn Gobey or variant between 1891 & 1911 so no children registered to William & Elizabeth.

It is possible that William's birth wasn't registered. It wasn't until 1875 that registration was compulsory.
