Mary Ann Hanson d 1880, bur Oxford, aged 8

I am trying to locate birth/death records for a little girl who was buried in Oxford.  But I have tried to find her birth and death in GRO database - to no effect.   This is puzzling me as I am surprised she could have been buried without a death certificate - or is that a modern thing???

Has anyone any ideas??  Or am I missing something obvious?

Eliza is 7mo born Lechlade in 1871, which ties in with the birthdate of 12 Aug 1870 in her baptism record.  I can’t easily see a birth registration for her.

Thanks for all your help, so quickly!!   That is so obvious - how silly of me.  (Regional accents, I guess).

And her death is also as Hansom  :

Emily's birth also recorded as Hansom,

but need to keep looking for Eliza's birth in GRO

As I said, I can’t see a birth registration for Eliza.  Perhaps she wasn’t registered - they may have been new to the area and busy getting settled around the time of her birth.  They didn’t get around to a baptism for her until 1872.
