My elusive Alfred Hoare

Her death reg shows just Cissie and her birth in April 1905 ties in with the June qtr 1905 birth

1911 has only one entry b Essex and purchase of the 1926 marriage cert will confirm her fathers name

I’m just a bit puzzled by the other surname shown for her on the 1939 entry

I do not access to the 1939 census so cannot help with the other surname.
 
I had no idea as to where Alfred was as nobody I know had any info about him.

Possibly a misunderstanding based on her middle name of Helen?

Is it him at 14 Horsell Moor with James Frederick & Nellie Hoare in 1928 electoral register, no sign of Cissie though she may have just be omitted from the register at that time.   In 1929 Alfred & Cissie are at 77 Cemetery road, Stoughton, Guildford.

You are right with the birth registration for Alfred Rosie. Also the 1928 electoral register entry,
Frederick & Nellie Hoare were his parents.
