Does anyone know whether there are any Bastardy Registers on-line for the Belper and Alfreton districts around 1850 please?

Simple answer is no.  They are a part of the quarter sessions which are at Derbyshire Records Office if they survive

I am surprised you haven't got further with your research after all there ar eplenty of researchers on derbysgen who have names your searching.  Especially WRAGG.  Shame I am banned from there
