Ursula M. A. Skrabania (nee Gerlich) married Cyril James Wyper, not her daughter Regina, which was what I had originally thought.

Hans-Werner G. H. Skrabania is her son, older or younger than Regina, I'm not sure.

Hans-Werner is showing on ER's to 2010 giving suggested birth year around 1946.

I visited St Andrew’s Chilcomb Churchyard last weekend but could not find the small black marble stone commemorative of Regina’s mother Ursula where I’d seen it several years previously.

I still haven't seen it for myself but the Honorary Secretary to the Friends of St Andrew's Church, assisted by the Churchwarden, kindly located the tablet and extracted the following details:
