I have the same births that aghadowey found but you have mentioned a larger number of children so they would be before 1920 due to Annie’s age, I would imagine.
There are some possibilities in the London area but Carter/O Connor are fairly common names.
Ann May have been previously married in which case the maiden name would be used on births but her marriage would, of course, be different.

I found another possible family but won't post details until things are much clearer.

Do you have name and an exact date of birth for your grandfather?
Do you have your grandfather's birth certificate? if so, what names are listed for father & mother? father's occupation?
What is the date and place for the Electoral Roll snippet you posted earlier?
Do you have your grandfather's marriage certificate? if so, what date? where was he living? father's name & occupation?
When and where did your grandfather die?

You have your  grandfather's birth registration in 1923...   was it in Antigua and Barbuda by any chance?

He was John P Carter born in Hammersmith married to my grandmother who is still alive but she's too old to remember about his side of the family.

My mother said Ann was married to Jack Patrick Carter living on st ann's road (same street as my grandparents) but on electoral list I found out that he was John J Carter instead of Jack patrick Carter. My Aunt said he has always goes by the name as Jack...

Ann O'Connor was born in south Ireland (Castle ross, Clare co or Cork according to my uncle/aunt/mum) and birth is around 1875, died 1964 in England (informer I don't know).

Jack P Carter or John J Carter - birth unknown DOB unknown - Lived at St Ann's Road, london W11 with Ann O'connor/Carter

John P Carter (my grandfather) was born in Hammersmith in 2/4/1923 and his mother's maiden name on the register was O'connor.

I do not know where or when Jack/John married Ann

Marriage of JOHN CARTER and MARY OCONNOR   is the nearest I can see.... and she's a Widow.

Just add    John     to the search example I posted

So- 3 possible Prince children born 1911-1913), marriage 1919 to Carter, then 2 Carter children (1920 & 1923).
Perhaps all the siblings you mentioned were mostly half brothers/sisters.
