Died 1991 in Spalding Lincolnshire

( married 1971 a Evelyn Glover in Spalding Lincolnshire)

She died also

They were living in pinchbeck Lincolnshire when Thomas died

Not really sure what else you are after.

He was born after the 1911 so won't be on there.

His 1914 birth registration is on freebmd and gives mothers maiden surname Jarrett.

We are not allowed to do 1939 look ups but he could be in the forces and not be on that.

To get his address at death you would need the death certificate unless he left a will in which case it should be on the probate index.

According to the BMD register, he died in Oct-Dec 1993, not 1991, born on 15th October 1914.

He married Dorothy J Morris in, Ross District, Herfordshire, in Oct-Dec 1935.

Evelyn Mary Sullivan, born 27th March 1915, died Jul-Sep 1992.

Evelyn, nee Wooley, married Arthur E Glover in Spalding District in Oct-Dec 1932.

I can't find any record of their address in 1992-1993, although all can be found in 1939.
