English will of John Cokett of Tymworth 1521

I cannot extract anything from this will - utterly frustrated 

This gentleman has appeared in several Coket wills so I am hoping to find out where he fits in.

Summary of the will:

Dated 9 August 1521.

Testator is John Cokett of tymworthe within the diocese of Norwiche.

To be buried in the holy sepulture of the churchyard of tymworthe.

Usual bequests to high altar, forgotten tythes etc.

Wills that Margret his wife should have his tenement which he dwelt in tymworthe with all lands woods medowes & pastures etc to hold to her, her heirs & assigns for evermore together with all his goods & catelles moveable & unmoveable to the Relevyng of her and his children & to pay his debts.

Of testament & last will nuncupative makes Margret his executrice.

Witnesses Robert Pek parson of tymworth & Thomas Bromwiche gent.

ADDED:

The probate date is tricky but I think it is 25 December 1521.
