David Killow is at that address on the Valuation Rolls for 1920 & 1925(Scotlandspeople).

Just looking at the index(free) , if you register with SP you can check yourself , the paid for entry will probably not have much more info.
Could David be Anne's father/husband ?

I think she was his wife but could have been a sister. I’ll check to see if they were anywhere on the 1911 census although I know they were born in Armagh

1911 Scottish census have the following family registered in Partick, Glasgow

David aged 33
Jane aged 32
Thomas G aged 12
Eliza aged 10
James aged 8
David aged 2
Albert B aged 0

It looks like Albert and David were born in Scotland
