The 1947 death in Hendon (5f 150)  for John Bisset would be possibility, the information given is only as good as the informants knowledge but ideally should have......

Full name of individual
Month and year of registration
Age at time of death
Birth date
Registration district
Volume number
Page number etc.............

Hello Rosie, I am not a member of Ancestry so can't look at the Legate tree but thanks for the information.  It is not my history this is for a friend.  With the help of rootschat she was shocked as she thought her grandmother Agnes Jane only had a brother Wills (William M 1881) and Mina (Williamina 1889)  Thanks to your kindness I have been able to give her the details off the others.  Williamina 1889 is a bit of a problem I can't find any registration in Scotlandspeople or on Family search for her birth.  I know she was the heir of her Uncle Alexander Stoba in 1932 Will was Manchester? but I can't find whether she married or when she died this would complete my search for her any ideas.  I've lost the link to search free wills.    Thank all you at Rootschat you are life savers for us researchers. Eileen
